Ben and Ryan first met back in 2018 while going through the recruitment process for the Royal Navy. Over the next four and a half years we trained, deployed and travelled to more than 15 countries together, and somewhere along the way the gym became a massive part of our lives. Pre-workout was something we both used regularly, especially during deployments when long days, broken routines and tiredness were just part of life. But the more products we tried, the more we started questioning what was actually in them, why certain ingredients were being used and whether some formulas were built more around impressive looking numbers than actually making a better product.

That curiosity eventually became Elixr. When we left the Navy, we wanted to build the kind of performance brand we would genuinely use ourselves. Our pre-workout powder has been developed with that same mindset. We research every ingredient, question every dosage and work with high-level athletes as well as everyday gym goers to understand what people actually want from a pre-workout. Nothing has been thrown in just to make the label look good; every ingredient has a reason for being there. We’re not interested in chasing the biggest numbers or following whatever happens to be trending. We just wanted to make a pre-workout that tastes great, feels great to train on and, most importantly, actually does what we made it to do.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (16g) with 300ml of cold water for a bolder flavour, or 500ml for a lighter taste. Adjust the amount of water to suit your personal preference.

When to Take

Consume 20–30 minutes before training. For best results, begin training 1–2 hours after a high carbohydrate, low fat meal and stay well hydrated throughout your workout.
